【開課通知】9月3日-4日中美MBA項(xiàng)目G10、G11班上課通知

上課地點(diǎn)：對外經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易大學(xué)  高遠(yuǎn)樓 三層

二、課程介紹

課程內(nèi)容：G10  MBA 550 Business Operation  商業(yè)運(yùn)營

In this course, you will learn about the design, analysis, planning, and control of business processes to achieve desired performance objectives. Topics include: the relationship between operations strategy and process structure; the impact of process structure on process performance; process performance measures and their relationships; process performance evaluation; managerial levels for improving and controlling process performance and systems; and managerial issues in planning and designing quality assurance systems.

在本門課程中，你將學(xué)習(xí)商業(yè)流程的設(shè)計(jì)、分析、計(jì)劃和控制，從而取得理想的業(yè)績目標(biāo)。涵蓋的話題包括：運(yùn)營策略同流程結(jié)構(gòu)的關(guān)系；流程結(jié)構(gòu)對流程業(yè)績的影響；流程業(yè)績評估方式及其關(guān)系；流程業(yè)績評估；改善和控制流程業(yè)績及系統(tǒng)的管理層面；策劃和設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量保障系統(tǒng)的管理問題。

G11  MBA 525 Strategic Marketing  戰(zhàn)略營銷

In this course, you will study marketing principles that create competitive advantages in the market place. You will analyze strategies related to product, price, promotion and distribution. This is an application-oriented course. With the knowledge you’ve accumulated, you continue to make strategic decisions, implement them and find out the real-world results of those decisions by working with the business simulation introduced in MBA 500.

在本門課程中，你將學(xué)習(xí)在市場中創(chuàng)造競爭優(yōu)勢的營銷原理。你將分析關(guān)于產(chǎn)品、定價(jià)、促銷以及分銷的策略。本門課程為應(yīng)用指向性課程。通過已經(jīng)積累的知識，你將繼續(xù)制定戰(zhàn)略決策，落實(shí)這些決策，并且通過MBA500課程中介紹的商業(yè)模擬來探索這些決策在實(shí)踐中的結(jié)果。

三、上課出勤及紀(jì)律的通知

為了嚴(yán)肅教學(xué)紀(jì)律，保證教學(xué)秩序，加強(qiáng)教學(xué)管理，維護(hù)廣大學(xué)生的利益，特此通知教學(xué)紀(jì)律：

1、不得遲到、早退；

2、積極主動(dòng)參與課堂討論，積極發(fā)言；

3、上課期間不得從事任何與教學(xué)無關(guān)的事情，如接聽手機(jī)、交頭接耳等；

4、學(xué)生不得無故缺勤，每堂上課前教務(wù)老師點(diǎn)名；

5、開車的同學(xué)請從學(xué)校西門或南門進(jìn)入（學(xué)校西門進(jìn)入，第一個(gè)路口右轉(zhuǎn)，一直到盡頭即是）

6、為了校園的整潔，請開車的學(xué)員將車停在校園內(nèi)固定停車場，勿將車輛停放在道路兩旁；

7、凡因特殊情況不能按時(shí)參加學(xué)習(xí)者需盡早與陳老師聯(lián)系，并提出書面申請，待書面準(zhǔn)假后方可請假，否則按無故缺勤處理，本課程需重修。
